This Health Check is operated by Willis Advisory. You can complete it without an account.

Your assessment and report

We store your name, contact and agency details, assessment answers, calculated result and requested next steps to provide your report and respond to support requests. Your email address is a contact detail; entering it does not give access to any existing reports. Email delivery, when activated, uses the address you provide. Please check it carefully.

Your assessment is stored on our hosted service. Access is restricted to your browser, anyone you give a private report link to, and authorised Willis Advisory administrators. Public access to the tool does not make individual reports public.

Returning to your report

An essential access cookie remembers your browser for up to 90 days. You can also create a private return link, valid for 90 days, to open one report on another device. Anyone with that link can view the report and change its optional data preferences. Keep the link private and download your PDF for a lasting copy. Clearing cookies or using a different browser requires your private link.

Research is optional

You choose whether your answers and agency profile may be used for Willis Advisory research. Published findings are reviewed, anonymised aggregates. Names, email addresses, client details and free-text comments are excluded from public research. A restricted dataset with coded agency identifiers is not automatically anonymous.

Marketing is a separate choice

Receiving your report does not subscribe you to ongoing marketing. Change research and marketing preferences in My reports without losing access to your assessment. Withdrawal applies to future use; contributions to an already published, truly anonymous aggregate may not be identifiable. A planner-access or review request permits a response to that specific request.

Keeping and correcting information

Submitted assessments have a 24-month retention review date and stop being accessible after that date. Unfinished drafts stop being accessible after 30 days. Submitted reports preserve the original answers; reassessment creates a new record. To request a correction, deletion, withdrawal of permission or help with access, contact Willis Advisory using the contact route below.

What is saved on your device?

Drafts save to our service as you go. A temporary copy may also remain in your browser tab to protect against connection problems. Essential cookies protect access to saved reports; private link secrets are removed from the address bar when you open them. We do not add advertising trackers or email-open tracking pixels. Willis Advisory administrators use the hosting platform’s sign-in.
